Titanium Grade 2 is commonly referred to as commercially pure (C.P.) titanium with the level of impurities and mechanical properties increasing slightly from Grade 1 to Grade 4 C.P.
Grade2 titanium plate offer high corrosion resistance and a greater working range than aluminum. It’s high strength, low weight ratio give Grade 2 Titanium a diversified range of applications ranging from medical
applications to aerospace and automotive fabrication.
When annealed, grade 2 Titanium Sheets are a light weight ductile options for aerospace and automotive body fabrications.

APPLICATIONS
Cp grade 1 can be used in the deep drawing parts for its good elongation and excellent corrosion-resistance.
Cp grade 2 is used the most widely in the commercially pure titanium.
Cp grade 3 is almost only used in pressure vessel.
Cp grade 4 can be used in some fitting parts and fastening pieces,but for complex shape need 300 degree celsius to form.
